Welcome pack sorted, the crew locked in, and we start building the thing you actually came for.
What you can expect
A week with something in it.
The measure we care about is whether the week got better. Whether there is a friend in it now. Whether your kid came home lighter than they left.
Parents in our teen program tell us the change shows up at home first: happier kids, less agitation, fewer hard evenings. That is the point of all of it.

How do you pick who works with us?
We match on the person, not the roster. Shared interests, the right personality, and the skills the shift actually needs. You meet them before anything is locked in, and if it is not right we change it without making it awkward.
What if our regular worker is away?
There is a small team around each person, including a regular backup who already knows them. A sick day does not mean a stranger at the door.
Can you handle complex medical needs?
Our Little Pals team is trained directly by registered nurse professionals, including PEG feeding and airway suction. Where a placement needs high intensity skills we get the team trained before they start, not after.
How old do you work with?
From infancy through to young adulthood. We would rather grow with someone than hand them on at a birthday.
Where do you go?
Newcastle, Maitland, the Hunter and the Central Coast, and we already have cars running up through Stroud and Dungog. If you are somewhere in between, just ask.
What does it cost?
We charge at NDIS price guide rates. Give us a call and we will walk you through what your funding covers before you commit to anything.
